Location: 820 Arbutus Ave, Oconto, WI 54153
Shift Hours:
Full-Time, Days/PMs rotation; mix of 8 and 12 hours shift; every 4th weekend, 3 holidays/year
Job Description:
Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
Qualifications:
Appropriate state LPN license required.
