BEN is seeking a Senior Account Manager to play an important role on our Influencer Marketing Team, working with gaming clients to manage influencer marketing campaigns that reach the right audience and maximize client ROI, while working with internal teams who execute the campaigns directly with influencers. You and your team are the client’s daily point of contact, substantially contributing to securing client renewals. A passion for Influencer Marketing, content creation, and gaming are must haves! The Senior Account Manager, Influencer Marketing (Awareness) role is on our Client Service (Awareness) team, and will report to a Senior Director of Client Service. You will work closely with multiple internal teams, including Client Development (sales), Insights, Integrated Marketing & Strategy, Campaign Execution, Paid Media, and Marketing, as well as directly with top global game companies with some of the best-known AAA titles.

Responsibilities:
Manage the workflow of high-priority client and team projects among multiple departments, including the traffic of materials to/from the client
Lead communications directly with clients & internal stakeholders, acting as liaison and main point of contact between clients and internal BEN teams
Develop strong relationships with clients & decision makers, providing best-in-class service
Be a champion of your clients, researching and deeply understanding client history, preferences, industry/vertical, previous work, and marketing/business objectives, in order to guide strategic planning, campaign execution, and renewals
Lead work with internal Insights, Strategy, and Client Development teams to understand client objectives and help create campaign strategies, talent recommendations, and pitches
Partner with internal Campaign Execution team to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, fulfilment of scope, accurate, high-quality influencer content, and status updates for clients
Develop project plans, timelines and work back schedules, status reports, and optimization recommendations for clients and internal teams
Contribute to building, executing, and securing repeat business for clients
Recommend and implement industry best practices, new and emerging media, platform features, and pop culture trends into client strategic approach and campaign work
Analyze campaign performance metrics, develop strategic insights to scale future campaigns, and build wrap report presentation decks for clients
Know the status of each client, campaign, and influencer on programs you’re managing
Create documents, briefs, reports, presentation decks, and versions for both external clients and internal teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
4-6+ years of experience in account management in a fast faced environment required
Experience working in a Media, Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment, and/or Technology field
Understanding of Gaming industry (being a gamer yourself is a plus!)
Familiarity with influencers, influencer marketing, and social media platforms
Must be professional, and able to stay calm, friendly, and insightful in a busy environment
Must have excellent communication skills and be highly organized
Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
Strong customer service focus with an innate awareness of your impact on the client experience
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to change
Ability to make good judgement decisions and proactively problem solve
Must be both a collaborative team player and independent worker depending on the project
Experience with confidential and sensitive information
Ability to read and interpret data to inform decision making
Effective management and supervisory skills
Must be committed, punctual, and reliable
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Slack
This is largely an office-based, standard-hours, salaried role, although when deadlines approach, extra hours will be expected to ensure the fulfillment of job duties and success of a campaign
