HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – PART-TIME

Benefit Allocation Systems is looking for a Part-time HR Administrative Assistant. The Part-time HR Administrative Assistant is a member of the Human Resources Team responsible for recruiting and a range of human resources administrative functions.

We’ll support you with leading technologies for your laptop, phone system and other mission-critical equipment to ensure uptime and eliminate the frustrations that are commonly associated with employers not providing the best-of-the-best employee support. This position will require some in-office work (as needed) in our King of Prussia office. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, approximately 5 hours per day for 25 total weekly hours (flexible).
BAS requires employees to be fully vaccinated. Full vaccination is considered to occur two weeks after the J&J vaccine or the second dose of the Pfizer/Moderna vaccine. You must be able to meet these requirements to be considered a qualified candidate for the position. You will have to provide BAS a copy of your vaccine card or doctor record showing full vaccination on the first day of employment.

BAS develops and supports one of the nation’s leading Software as a Service employee benefit administrative solutions for employers called MyEnroll360. MyEnroll360 provides clients with a private, secure online system for their employees’ benefit plan enrollment and administration. Clients use MyEnroll360 to communicate with BAS so BAS can provide administrative services for employer-provided insurance benefits.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting/Onboarding – Full Cycle
· Post job ads
· Review resumes
· Pre-screen candidates
· Manage pre-employment documentation
· Organize & initiate manager/executive job candidate interviews
· Perform background checks
· Provide orientation for new employees
· Process employment documentation
Human Resources Administration
· Maintain employee records
· Organize personnel folders
· Update job descriptions
· Review time-keeping system activity & monitor PTO
· Assist with performance evaluations
· Prepare paperwork for HR policies, procedures and process documents
· Plan and facilitate employee engagement and wellness activities
· Serve as first contact for employee HR questions
· Coordinate HR trainings and meetings
· Manage administration of various employee leaves of absence
· Assist with HR projects as needed

Requirements
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree
· Prior HR admin experience preferred
· Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines
· Off-hours availability as needed
· Sit/Stand in front of a computer for extended periods of time
· Private/secure remote work capability
· Maintain utmost confidentiality and privacy as required by regulations and company policy
