Bentech Hiring for Benefits Coordinator at Remote Full Time

Hourly rate – $30 – $60 per hour plus tier-based commission based on revenue generated.

Candidates with relevant Industry Experience such as a Brokerage Firm, PEO, Carrier or TPA will be considered.

BenTech is a technology service provider for Healthcare brokerage organizations and third-party administrators. Our platform helps brokers, healthcare carriers, benefits administration organizations. We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of the quoting process, underwriting, and post-sale benefits administration processes such as enrollment, invoicing/billing, reconciliation, carrier remittances, and client retention management. The required positions should include, but not be limited to: AREAS OF EXPERTISE B2B Consultative Sales & Revenue Generating Business Acumen & Development Key & C-Suite Relationship Building Benchmarking Analysis Underwriting Principles Benefit Administration Compliance (HIPAA, ERISA, 5500, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, SEC 125) Client Retention & Persistence Strategy Benefits Design & Renewal Post Sales & Service Delivery Customer Needs Assessment Project Management Vendor Management Benefits Enrollment & Communication Employee Benefit Education Finalist Presentations & Installation Meetings Bidding & RFP Analysis Product Positioning with value-added solutions Strategic Planning & MarketingA degree and a technical background should be required to gain the position. As well as formal qualifications, you should highlight the following qualities as well:
