Marketing Manager
Duties:
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
– Follow a basic process for the global sourcing and explore the market to find the opportunities.
– Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating and optimizing email templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
– Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
– Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
– Implement performance marketing strategies using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital advertising channels.
– Sometimes visits the customers office for business meetings.
– Use the industrial links to develop business leads for the global sourcing business.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Engineering or related field.
– Should have the knowledge of global sourcing business.
– Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
– Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.
– Familiarity with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
– Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
– Knowledge of product management principles is a plus.
