Our client is a family – owned memory care facility with two locations in the St Louis metro. They are looking for an experienced marketing / sales / business development manager for both locations.
The marketing representative is responsible for lead development, relationship management, and direct sales in an effort to maintain or exceed budgeted occupancy in an assisted living community specializing in memory care.
Salary $60,000 – $80,000 with a total compensation package of $80,000 – $100,000
Participation in Chamber, BNI, Rotary and other service / networking organization is large part of the position.
Marketing / Sales Manager Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure “best practices” in marketing efforts are used at all times, including, but not limited to, effective use of Marketing software, discovery, collaborative problem-solving, and timely response and follow-up to inquiries.
Perform direct marketing function as follows:
Understand and explain the programs and services offered at San Gabriel Memory Care. Be able to educate prospective resident families and referral sources on the value of San Gabriel’s programs and services.
Works collaboratively with Managers to achieve goals for all marketing activity and generate leads for the community.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
2. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
3. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and other groups as defined.
4. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts
5. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
6. Ability to work in a partnership environment which fosters effective teamwork in reflecting the core values of Oakwood. Work involves contacts with personnel of other departments within the organization as well as with general public, representatives of other organizations, vendors, clients, etc., where considerable discretion, resourcefulness, and persuasiveness is required to achieve desired objectives.
