Club Tavern and Grill/ Casino: A local favorite casual drinking/dining upper end sports bar, open seven days per week and 365 days per year. Dining hours: 6am-10pm, alcohol service 8am-1am. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in restaurant and casino.
Salary: Starting at $55,000.00 – 65,000 DOE. Opportunity for additional salary andor bonus. Wage increases and or bonuses will be determined based upon sales, profitability and work performance.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales: Manager is responsible for food, beverage and casino sales. Manager should establish projected revenue goals and review on a monthly basis. An excellent relationship must be established with all other department managers especially our Sales Office and Kitchen to meet these goals.
Product: Manager will be involved with the quality and presentation of food and beverage products. Manager will share any information to chef in regards to customer and employee feedback. This position will be heavily involved with menu structure and design.
Marketing: Manager is responsible for creating effective and cost-conscious marketing. Marketing should address all areas of potential customers. Social media has become a significant segment of our marketing.
Hiring/Firing: Manager is responsible for hiring/termination of all front-end staff.
Training: Manager responsible for consistent and quality training for all front-end staff. It is expected that the training will be a priority for the manager to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge. The training should be an on-going process for all staff; starting with initial training/orientation, coupled with coaching on daily basis. Staff meetings and or seminars should be implemented on monthly basis to enhance coaching efforts. Product knowledge and service should cover both food and beverage areas.
Morale: Manager is responsible for staff morale; all department supervisors are responsible for maintaining good relationships between managers and staff with other departments. Employees must be positive and enjoy their co-workers and environment to truly be productive and successful.
Labor expense: Manager is responsible for the supervision of their labor. Labor must be managed at appropriate levels, to ensure excellent customer service without unnecessary labor costs.
Beverage Expense: Manager is responsible for the control of this expense. Goals for this expense should be reviewed on a monthly basis.
Consumables Expense: Manager is responsible for the control of this expense. Goals for this expense should be reviewed on a monthly basis.
Misc. Expenses: Responsible for all other expenses relevant to the front end. These expenses will be budgeted and reviewed monthly.
Cleanliness: Responsible for area cleanliness which includes back wait station and server area in kitchen.
Beverage and Glassware/China Inventory: Responsible for complete inventories to determine our levels for ordering and shrinkage. Banquet staff may assist glassware/china inventory count.
Cash Registers (POS System): Responsible for a complete understanding of cash register system to effectively fill in for staff, manage pricing, manage items, and various reports. Our POS system is the Aloha system.
