Job Description
Summary:
The E-Commerce Operations Manager (EOM) reports to the Omni Store Manager and is responsible for successfully operating the E-commerce operations of the Omni location. The EOM provides leadership and guidance to Leads and Associates to drive sales, E-commerce operations and a positive customer experience. The EOM participates in the hiring and training processes to support the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
