JOB SUMMARY
The Payroll/HR Assistant is responsible for performing a broad range of HR and Administrative duties. Provides the first line of service to managers and associates related to all Human Resource needs including but not limited to payroll, benefits, human resource policy, employee relations, leaves of absence, workplace injury/workers compensation, employment verification and employee records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
3 – 5 years’ experience with ADP
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, performance and talent management functions
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with compensation data and sensitive HR matters
Flexible and adaptable with an ability to perform in a rapidly changing, dynamic and growing work environment
