Position Summary
Big Bend Community College (BBCC), a rural college serving vibrant, culturally rich communities
in the Columbia Basin of Central Washington invites applications for a Dean of Workforce Education.
The Dean of Workforce Education
provides strategic planning, leadership, and management for workforce education programs. The Dean is a key member of the instructional
leadership team. The Dean represents the college externally, working with state, local, and federal agencies, as well as with area
industries and with K-12 partners.
The Dean of Workforce Education reports to the Vice President of Learning & Student Success.
The Dean works closely with members of the Instructional Council, President’s Cabinet, faculty, and staff to ensure the successful
completion of the college’s goals and objectives.
