Job Summary:
Incumbent is also responsible for aiding and assisting in all aspects of recruiting, hiring and enforcement of Federal and State laws, Company Policies and ensuring compliance relative to restaurant operations. Incumbent is responsible for guiding, developing, implementing, managing and measuring Human Resources processes and Development policies/program effectiveness by aligning with corporate strategic objectives and goals; whereby creating positive, high performance work environments.
