OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of the Human Resources team. They will work closely with the Director-Human Resources, performing duties at a professional level in some or all the following functional areas: HR Program development and support, Compliance, Employee relations, and talent management. They will consult with team members, managers, and SR leadership related to human resources issues. The position forms partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to team members and management that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
