Requirements:
Ability to translate business plans and needs into HR strategy

Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, employment law, organizational development, and employee development/learning
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments
Proven experience in global
Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, employee relations and compliance.
Track record of establishing effective working relationships and comfortable working with remote teams.
Knowledge of HR industry practices and employment & labor law

Responsibilities:
Full accountability for developing and implementing the unit’s HR strategy and plans
Work and coach senior global leaders
Responsibility for full employee life cycle – from recruitment, through onboarding, career development to offboarding
Design, lead and execute HR projects, programs, and processes in all HR domains: team structure and budgeting, leadership development, performance review, talent management & retention, recognition, compensation & benefits, etc.
Help build and execute on talent management activities including: staffing, on-boarding, development, performance management, career / succession planning, talent movement and retention, leveraging workforce analytics and insights
Be a key resource for employees, providing support and direction about employment issues, benefits, leaves, and company policies
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Proactively assess the team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions
Influence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
