Our hospitality and culinary teams will work together in unison to drive an elevated experience for our guests, where they will enjoy simple, yet refined culinary dishes, cocktails, and a camaraderie with the Brown Square team that will leave them wanting to return. Expectations for servers will include an outwardly pleasant and confident demeanor, a passion and commitment to engaging with guests in a way where they feel welcomed and prioritized, knowledge of menu and beverage offerings, responsiveness to concerns about food allergies and preparation, accuracy with orders and pace to ensure guests receive food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring tables are maintained in an appropriate condition throughout service. Servers will also coordinate all aspects associated with using the Toast point-of-sale system including guests paying their bills, and tracking receipts and tips. In addition to being responsible for the care of our guests, servers will help maintain a clean and sanitary environment in their stations, which might also include bussing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping menus, and completing other opening or closing tasks.
