What does the Job entail?
This position will support our various teams by developing and implementing human resources programs. You will help onboard new employees, oversee benefits and compensation, manage time-off and leave requests, and draft various human resource policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s compliance with local, state, and federal human resource regulations. The ideal candidate will be organized, experienced, and a dedicated strategist and planner.
We anticipate a heavier work load in the first few months, but that the time commitment will be reduced after the implementation of some of the policies and processes.
