This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
Responsibilities:
Partner with key teammates and stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs such as performance, talent, and goal planning that align with BHN’s business strategy.
Be a domain expert in program management delivering high-touch support based on the principles of simplifying and aligning outcomes globally.
Derive from strategy or stated outcomes and develop annual road maps and end-to-end programs, with milestones, metrics including learns, postmortems, etc.
In partnership with our Global Talent Programs Leader, work directly with the HR Teams across the globe including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Culture and Belonging, Analytics, HRIT, and HR Operations linking specific deliverables to meet program milestones/deliverables as the corner stone of providing program oversight and driving program excellence.
Collaborating with our Global Talent Program leader and broader HR Team and organizing, delivering, and driving over-arching support materials specific to annual programs such as performance management, goal planning, and Culture and Belonging.
In partnership with our Global Talent Programs Leader, drive and be the project management for programs, collaborating with partners both inside and outside of our Global HR team ensuring on-time delivery and coordination of execution for BHN’s annual programs.
Pivot between using both strategic and operations skills to resolve program-specific questions.
Become an expert on internal tools that support annual programs, involving forming networks throughout the company.
Partner with stakeholders to develop communications and messaging to support employee engagement with performance and development activities. Includes digital asset management.
Prepare presentations for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, and more using our rich metrics dashboard as the backbone demonstrating program excellence, delivery, and utilization.
Partner with diverse stakeholders to conduct ongoing evaluation of our talent programs (retrospective, gather insights, focus groups) to improve the performance experience through audience persuasion to deliver effective HR programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in project or program management.
Project/program management domain knowledge and experience in program administration excellence
An appetite to learn and continuously improve based on data, utilization metrics, industry trends, and analytics
Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to assess unique problems from multiple angles.
Collaboration with overlapping handoffs so our teams win together through excellence
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
Proactive communication with an emphasis on leading from the front of programs.
