Job Summary
The Account Manager – MM is responsible for providing customer support and account management duties to assigned special market clients. This position will serve as a point of contact for existing clients, maintaining positive relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities during the renewal process.

Experience Details: Minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, account management or related experience is required.
Certification, Licensures & Registration Requirements
Title: Must have or obtain Insurance Producer License within 3 months of hire and maintain continuing education requirements annually.
State or Agency: ND
Title: Must maintain an active and valid/unencumbered driver’s license which allows for standard driving privileges in North Dakota and Minnesota
State or Agency: Department of Motor Vehicles
Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards
