Job Description

Our Manager Sales Operations provides oversight of activities related to sales support services for internal and external sales and account management staff and stakeholders. Leads a team to develop and deliver systems, processes and procedures for sales and account management stakeholders.

This position is based in Meridian Idaho, and has flexibility to work onsite and/or hybrid location (Meridian campus onsite and WFH). #LI-Hybrid

Required Experience: 7/+ yearsxe2x80x99 process improvement, technology implementation, sales operations, or other related experience to include leadership

Required Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience (Two yearsxe2x80x99 relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

Other: May travel and/or attend offsite events during and outside of standard work hours

As a leader, your day may look like:

• Manages a team that ensures the delivery of sales support services through the development of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Ensures implementation and onboarding of new business and/or stakeholders.
• Creates sales and account management technology roadmaps and ensures continuous process improvement efforts to deliver tools and resources to support sales and account management activities.
• Defines and implements data requirements and metrics for sales and retention performance ing. Measures the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure sales and account management process support.
• Maintains open communication between stakeholders to refine processes and improve service, satisfaction, and accessibility.
