· Lead all HR initiatives and goals
· Oversee and execute hiring process to meet facility staffing needs
· Drive continuous improvement of the selection process to identify the appropriate talent as well as the level of talent to advance the desired company culture
· Direct and review the on-boarding process for all new hires
· Perform the role of employee advocate and create culture of positive employee relations
· Interpret, educate, and enforce policy, labor agreements, labor strategy and work rules
· Provide support, coach, and mentor management members on employee issues
· Oversee and administer leave of absence process
· Administer drug testing policy and procedures
· Responsible for the plant job posting and bid system
· Collaborate with all other company facilities as required
· Supervise subordinate staff
