We are seeking an experienced Material handler to work in our Yulee, FL Engineered Lumber department. Day shift; hours are 7:00am to 3:30 p.m. with some overtime; Monday-Friday; must have experience with chainsaw, skillsaw; working outdoors; construction experience a plus; working with building products and/or warehouse a plus.

Compensation
$20.00 an hour with opportunity for overtime

Eligibility for the B3 bonus is based on your date of hire, your location’s financial performance as well as your individual performance. If all criteria are achieved, employees have the ability to be paid a quarterly bonus of $500.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilitles:
- Operate forklift in compliance with forklift training and safety guidelines
- Load/unload/store building materials from trailers or rail cars while minimizing damage
- Store and retrieve material (piece pick and/or bulk)
- Prepare the paperwork required for distribution and shipping of products
- Performs daily inspection and maintenance of equipment
- Maintains cleanliness and tidiness in working and assigned area
- Assists in periodic inventory counts as requested
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- One year or recent forklift/warehouse experience
- Ability to proficiently and safely use forklift to transport product, load/unload trucks
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to work independently, at times under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read/comprehend sales order, purchase orders, safety material, etc.
- Detail oriented and organized, basic math skills
- Safe work record and stable work history
