Project Manager
BMI is a veteran Telecom Cell Site Management Firm overseeing Deconstruction and Asset Management Disposition Services Nationally.
We are seeking a Full Time, experienced, detail-oriented and organized Project Manager. Candidate will work in office, hybrid is possible. Remote applicants would need to have direct Telecom Construction / Deconstruction Experience history.
Position includes general office strength. Similar to Construction Office Experience.
Candidate must be highly resourceful, flexible, positive and wear many hats easily to support tasks and projects as they arise in fast paced office.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing project activities, with the direction of the operations team. This includes scheduling of our crews, equipment and logistics and coordinating with Property Owners to schedule visits and our onsite work.
Also performs support duties for management including joining meetings, tracking status of projects, correspondence, various administrative tasks, and coordinating other general front office needs.
Ability to communicate professionally through email, phone, reports, and meetings
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual will have knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Office. Spreadsheet management and Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.
Smart Sheets and Google Sheets a plus but easy to learn, Ease with outside Vendor portals
Skills & Responsibilities
Manage the cycle from construction start to site acceptance through documenting.
Coordinates with the Field to ensure accurate recording, dates, true ups and reporting
Responsible for data assurance of project in addition to tracking final site acceptance by Tel Co.
Tracking close out packages for final site acceptance by Tel Co.
Schedule and coordinate daily site walks with all required team members.
Requirements and Qualification
· Minimum of 3 Years of Project Coordination or Management Experience
· Minimum 5 General Office Experience with good job longevity
· Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
