We have a fantastic opportunity for an IFS/GMIS HR Support to join our Team at BMT. Reporting to the Head of Business Information Systems, this role will be UK home-based with travel to BMT offices as required. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract position at 37.5 hours per week. Salary will be based on experience.

About the role
The IFS/G-MIS HR Workstream support role is responsible for supporting the G-MIS HR Workstream Lead to professionally and efficiently delivering a high functioning G-MIS HR module within the BMT ERP system during global implementation. Within the dynamic project team, this role will:
Support the G-MIS HR Workstream lead with the technical configuration and build of the IFS HR module, including testing CRIMS, writing technical specs, resolving defects, testing processes, populating data tables in the test and go live environment, build and refine lobbies and conduct effective document management.
Support the development and testing of the IFS HR module, writing test scenarios and recording defects as needed.
Work to develop and deliver associated familiarization and training material.
Own Individual G-MIS HR workstream activities as delegated by the G-MIS HR Workstream Lead.
Support with the build of an IFS HR module that provides a great user experience.
Support with with G-MIS HR functional, configuration, process, and data related discussions.
Engage internal stakeholders (including our HR GBS colleagues), through the implementation of the IFS ERP solution and offer any support needed.
What are we looking for?
The successful individual will have:
4+ years’ experience in implementation of IFS (experience of the IFS APPS 10 Human Resources / Human Capability Management module in both EE and Aurena would be advantageous)
A team player, excellent communicator, able to establish relationships and maintain contacts with clients/users
Experience in developing Human Resources / Human Capability Management solutions within IFS
Experience in Human Resources / Human Capability Management solution testing
Experience in training Human Resources / Human Capability Management module users
Experience with CRIM development would be desirable.
Experience in the following particular Human Resources / Human Capability Management areas:
Designing, building, and maintaining HR Lobbies (EE and Aurena)
Building and populating system tables in HR Module as part of the system build (e.g. Public Holidays, Absence, templates, surveys, employment assistant, organization, and position structures)
Designing HR test scenarios and narrative for Super Users
Writing HR User Manuals and Super User Training Modules (experience with ClickLearn would be advantageous).
Providing HR Super User Training
IFS HR analytics and reporting modules
HR expertise in an Engineering Consultancy / professional services domain will be advantageous
Overseas HR experience, or experience of working with international HR teams in Europe, The Americas or Asia Pacific region will be advantageous
