The Boeing Company is currently seeking two Human Resources Care Center (HRCC) Operations Leads to join their team.
HRCC is a newly formed organization, compiled of legacy Total Rewards Advocacy Center (TRAC), Employee Care Center (ECC) and Human Resources Preparedness (HRP) teams. These two lead positions will support the day to day operations and delivery of solutions in alignment with business requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a newly formed operations organization focused around high touch, customer support and advocacy.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as an operations team lead for a diverse, motivated team who supports the Boeing Community in moments that matter in their career and life
Develop and monitor day to day operations and Enterprise wide processes to achieve overall team objectives
Develop integrated project plans in partnership with key stakeholders, define resources for work statement and provide regular status updates to Operations leader
Review work of team and assist in engagement, call evaluations and calibration sessions for care center advocates
Support the continuous improvement of HRCC operations processes, projects and key performance indicators (KPI)
Act as point of escalation for operations team and customers
Serve as thought leader for Operations and HRCC leadership to establish business strategies, goals and objectives
Capability to lead a positive, safety team culture by modeling and championing safe and inclusive behaviors
Serve as mentor and sponsor for projects and new work statement
Inspire team for continuous alignment to team mission and vision around customer care
Perform other duties as directed by Total Rewards, HR Operations and HR leadership

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
3+ years of experience working in leading enterprise projects or process
3+ years of experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional teaming environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in executive compensations and/or total rewards
1+ years of experience with customer support teams and call center/support center technologies
Experience solving problems and comfortable with ambiguous issues
Experience in change management, employee experience and/or user centered design
Experience working with data analytics
Strong written and verbal communication
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $74,970 – $139,230
