Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Product Development (PD) is defining the future of commercial aviation and is seeking Maintenance Systems Engineering Analysts (Associate, Mid-Career and Senior level) to join the PD Chief Mechanic Office organization. The candidate will be part of a growing team that advocates for customer operations/maintenance disciplines within the enterprise, develops technical performance standards and champion the research and development of new maintenance technologies associated with new products and airplane programs that enhance the competitive advantage for both the Boeing Company and our Customers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Associate (Level 2): Technical Bachelor, Master or PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education in a course of study in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master).
Mid-Career (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education an experience (e.g. Master).
Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 7 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master).Level 5: Bachelor’s degree typically 14 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a Master’s degree with typically 12 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range mid-(level 2): $78,200 – $105,800
