The Boeing Company is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to serve as Senior HR for HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with senior HR leaders and all of the different parts of the HR function to lead the people strategies for the employees and leaders within the HR organization in the areas of performance, talent planning, workforce planning, diversity, organizational development, and change management. This critical role will manage a team of HR specialists across Boeing locations.
For the immediate future, this role can be hybrid, with expectations of travel.

Position Responsibilities:
Anticipate future HR trends and identify innovative opportunities and programs to drive HR strategy
Create, maintain and enable the long-term HR vision, strategy and priorities
Partner with Learning and Development to establish and execute a leading industry development plan to accelerate the expertise of our HR professionals
Act as strategic advisor and change agent, collaborating with leaders on the rollout of HR programs to HR
Lead continued efforts to improve the HR model in collaboration with leaders from across the organization
Partner with People Analytics to capture key talent data and outcome-based metrics to inform HR decisions
Partner with Communications and key stakeholders to develop HR Communication plan for internal and external engagements
Manage HR talent management and development
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
5+ years of experience performing in a leadership role
Experience leading and driving people strategies, processes and key HR initiatives on a global scale
Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience managing and successfully leading HR strategy and process development and implementation across matrixed teams (and/or through geographically dispersed direct reports) in a large company
Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving and building lasting relationships
Experience designing and implementing innovations within a collaborative environment
Experience attracting, managing, and developing a high performing team
Results-oriented, focused and able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong experience with general Human Resources including familiarity with all functional areas (Compliance/ ER, Org Development, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll)

Summary pay range: $114,660 – $212,940
