The Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the development, design & implementation of a future production system (FPS) for the manufacturing of future products & the support of airplane derivatives.
The Product Development Manufacturing team is part of the cross functional team within BCA Product Development. The team plays a critical role in the development, design & implementation of the Future Production System (FPS) & will support airplane program derivatives.
The team provides business insights, drives stability and continuous improvement by design resulting in the achievement of champion performance of the production system. The team will work cross-functionally with all aspects of engineering and support organizations to solve problems ranging from factory floor process improvements to engineering design changes. An understanding of how an airplane is built, Lean manufacturing principles and the production system standards are critical for this role.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite with occasional flexibility for telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
