Key Responsibilities include:
A hands-on role with the primary responsibility of improving the Human Resource Department processes and implementing strategies that support business growth. The Director is expected to attract and retain the best employees through ensuring a high level of employee engagement, providing an excellent work environment and compensation/benefit packages. The position is responsible for oversight of all HR related functions, the HR staff and for promoting a culture built around employee engagement, work life balance, training, accountability, recognition and growth.
