Performs clerical and public contact work in rendering a variety of services to the general public and to tenants renting facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Enterprise Services; responsible for independently booking routine events and performances; and performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from high school.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Three years of clerical experience, one of which shall have involved public contact work pertaining to the booking, reservation or rental of facilities.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Valid driver’s license (Type 3/automobile), prior to appointment.
