This Ecommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for the digital marketing of Bosch Measuring Tools with Amazon and other top distribution partners. The collaborative role partners with multiple functions including brand team on messaging and strategy, the product team to ensure the correct user is targeted and controlling to hit targets and budget. You’ll also work closely with your sales team on strategic planning, analysis of ecommerce data, trends and campaign results. As part of the Measuring Tools team you will identify opportunities and drive our brand awareness online.

Responsibilities

• Manage external agencies to ensure accountability and results
• Collaborate internally with the brand team to develop best in class content and programming
• Align with the sales and channel teams on prioritization and implementation
• Manage reporting to track and share progress to goals; communicate key learnings and best practices back out to the organization
• Build and justify annual advertising budget by analyzing KPIs and presenting a business case for continued and incremental investment
• Track and provide market trends and competitive product updates on key ecommerce platforms
• Support the sales team to build content for customer meetings, business review meetings, etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, or experience with digital marketing
• Data analysis and strong Excel skills
• Experience with external marketing agencies
• Experience with ecommerce marketing campaigns
• Ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally
• Willingness to collaborate and develop new skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to travel – less than 10% time
