WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage end-to-end Open Enrollment project, from development of BRD, creating test cases, UAT, regression testing, and implementation according to operational and business rules
Lead end-to end time-sensitive benefits and absence/time off implementations, integrations and operations
Proactively engages with Payroll, Enterprise Systems (ES) and third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues; ensure data and process integrity•Researches and resolves benefits and absence/time off issues and flaws with internal and external business partners
Creates and actively manages service requests to benefits service providers; tracks progress and ensures timely completion of requests
Proactively prototypes benefits systems functional roadmap; liaises internally with ES technical team and with third-party service providers to optimize, automate, streamline, and address areas for improvement according to business rules and needs
Analyzes internal and third-party process and data flows; recommends and implements solutions, improvements, or alternate methods to optimize data transfer accurately and on a timely basis
Generates benefits data and audit reports, queries, and analyses•Seeks and implements ways to create more efficient benefits reporting, tracking and audit processes
Serves as a benefits information system subject matter expert and collaborates with other SMEs, internally and externally, to solve business needs through Workday Benefits and Absence/Time Off systems and processes
Supports and collaborates with internal and external technical staff on system changes impacting the benefits function
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years generalist benefits (Health & Welfare, FSA, Leave Management, 401k) experience in a 2000+ employee global organization
5+ years Workday Benefits & Absence Management testing and implementing OE, benefits and time off systems integration/procedures(international absence experience a plus)•Experience optimizing and automating Benefits/HR processes for better efficiency and employee experience
Experience with reporting and analyzing Benefits systems and data strongly desired•Strong experience with Microsoft Excel required
Ability to collaborate and build rapport with diverse functional groups
Excellent verbal and written communications skill
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent team mindset and customer service skills
Ability to mobilize people and resources to meet time-sensitive deliverables
Ability to self-direct; exercise good judgement to prioritize projects to meet tight time-lines and business needs
