Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other team members to partner in obtaining the best talent available.
Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates
Leverages online & offline recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Source resumes, schedule interviews and pre-screens, pre-screen applicants, conduct background checks, reference checks, send offer letters and manage the selection process from start to finish
Create detailed, accurate and thorough job descriptions to ensure attraction of the most qualified candidates.
Create and present reports and recommendations to hiring managers for each candidate
Attend interviews with hiring manager upon request
Ensure the process is compliant
Ensure each candidate has a professional experience from application to offer
Become a champion for the company culture, connecting values, priorities, employment brand, and overall candidate experience
Assist with managing the company’s applicant tracking system and processes
Attend or create job fairs to attract a high volume of candidates.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; high volume recruiting a plus
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating skills
Bamboo HR ATS experience preferred
Highly organized
Self-motivated with excellent customer service and organizational skills
Exceptional time-management and results-driven
Strong verbal and written communication skills
