Boxabl Hiring for Talent Acquisition at Las Vegas, NV Full Time

Boxabl is looking for a Recruiter who will help drive the overall recruitment/talent strategy by using best practices in attracting and recruiting talent. The Recruiter will be responsible for the management and/or administration of programs and initiatives related to the acquisition of talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will have recruited for a startup company experiencing tremendous growth; will be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, everchanging environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other team members to partner in obtaining the best talent available.

Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates

Leverages online & offline recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

Source resumes, schedule interviews and pre-screens, pre-screen applicants, conduct background checks, reference checks, send offer letters and manage the selection process from start to finish

Create detailed, accurate and thorough job descriptions to ensure attraction of the most qualified candidates.

Create and present reports and recommendations to hiring managers for each candidate

Attend interviews with hiring manager upon request

Ensure the process is compliant

Ensure each candidate has a professional experience from application to offer

Become a champion for the company culture, connecting values, priorities, employment brand, and overall candidate experience

Assist with managing the company’s applicant tracking system and processes

Attend or create job fairs to attract a high volume of candidates.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred

3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; high volume recruiting a plus

Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating skills

Bamboo HR ATS experience preferred

Highly organized

Self-motivated with excellent customer service and organizational skills

Exceptional time-management and results-driven

Strong verbal and written communication skills
