As a Service Department Dispatcher at Bozarth Chevrolet you will get to build relationships and talk about cars for a living! To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have the flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and some holidays
- Have at least one year of related work experience in automotive services
Daily Work Responsibilities
- Monitor shop flow by insuring jobs are assigned to the proper technician and completed in a timely manner
- Write internal repair orders and monitor until completed
- Manage Pre-owned reconditioning including writing the repair order and following progress through the reconditioning process
- Work with outside vendors providing services such as detail, PDR, Windshield replacement, etc.
- Assist with booking, scheduling and service work when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
