Brandeis University is looking for an Operations Coordinator to be an integral part of the back end operations of the Undergraduate
Admissions office. The Operations Coordinator is one of three staff members who manage the completion of applications for all first year and
transfer students and serves as a primary point of contact for those applicants. The position communicates with applicants and their
families via both phone and email. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supervising 2-4 student employees, as well as ensuring that
all mail coming in to the admissions office is processed and scanned in a timely manner. This position performs data loads to the Slate
database and oversees student input of prospective student information to Slate.

Qualifications:
BA/BS required
plus 1-3 years of database and Microsoft Office suite experience desired
Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM preferred. Superb
organizational skills and problem solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Detail oriented.
Occasional weekend and
evening work required.
