Qualifications:

• We support a drug free work place. Drug test required.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• This is a full time position, schedule includes rotating days and weekends.
• Previous parts experience (any industry) a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and great communication skills.
• Must have confidence in your ability to be successful.
• Bilingual a PLUS!

Responsibilities(to include but not limited to)

• Create a welcoming and exciting car buying experience for all Bravo customers.
• Perform high quality, professional demonstrations of new/pre-owned vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Ensure a smooth and stress free buying experience for guests from the first point of contact, to the contract and paperwork process, and finally delivery of their new vehicle.
• Become a product expert and ambassador for all Bravo products and services.
• Access the needs of customers and guide them to purchase or lease a vehicle using the method that meets their needs, whether that be fully online, in-store or a combination of both.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 – $10,000.00 per year
