Human Resources Generalist – Non-Bargaining Position
Seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in NJ public schools preferred.
Additional qualifications preferred include:
Strong human relations skills.
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures governing public personnel administration.
Experience with the administration of negotiated agreements.
Knowledge of Certification & Induction
Knowledge of computerized human resource systems
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with district staff and the general public.
Ability to express ideas effectively in oral and written forms.
Starting Salary- $55,000
Salary commensurate with experience.
