HRIS Specialist
Hybrid: 90% Remote
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5 pm. Flexible schedule available.
This position is Temporary: 1year
Pay Range: $27.30- $32.75
The Objective: In this temporary position, you will be responsible for the use and maintenance of the HRIS system and support the implementation of a new system. This position will is temporary for approximately 12 months.
Success:
You know you are successful when employees’ pay, benefits, and personnel data are accurate and the HR team and partners are able to report on the data for various initiatives and programs.
Snapshot:
Your days will be primarily working in the HRIS system, using Ceridian DayForce and Microsoft products. You will be collaborating via email, chat, and video with other members of the HR team and other end users. You will perform some repetitive tasks, like data entry and reporting, and spend some time troubleshooting system issues or identifying and implementing system improvements. You will also support other HR functions.
Qualifications:
You have experience and expertise working with HRIS or HCM systems, preferably Ceridian DayForce. You have experience working in Human Resources have knowledge of HR systems, data, and benefits.

Abortion Care: We all work in abortion care, whether it is referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc. In this role, you will be working with and supporting employees who provide or support abortion care functions.
