Requirements for Human Resource and Business Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Human resource or business office experience preferred
- Excellent organization, customer service, and computer skills are required
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC is preferred
Job Duties for Human Resource and Business Manager:
- Assist the Human Resources Department with employment procedures such as recruitment, employment verifications, background checks, reference checks and new employee on-boarding
- Assist in conducting general orientations for new hires
- Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory regulations concerning Human Resources related employment
- Help to complete projects related to compliance, auditing records, and maintaining employee files
- Overseeing resident PNA accounts/funds
- Bank reconciliations, deposits, and check requests
- Managing Reception staff and scheduling
- Ordering office supplies for facility
- Perform other duties as assigned
