We’re looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to develop and nurture deep, meaningful relationships with Brightside’s strategic Payor clients with the goal of driving material and attributable patient referral volume to Brightside. The right individual brings a passion for mental health and will have knowledge of, and experience in, the healthcare industry, a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid Payor and other organizations, and experience working with healthcare partners (e.g., health systems). They will have a demonstrated ability to develop long-lasting client relationships, an understanding of creating attributable referral pathways (e.g., provider referral processes), a general understanding of behavioral health contracting and billing, and, a strong track record of demonstrating value and providing a concierge approach to creating a best-in-class experience. This person must also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be open to shifts in priorities and be comfortable with ambiguity that can come with a startup environment.
