Job Description

Brink’s is a premier provider of armored car transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities. We have an exciting growth opportunity for a Compensation Analyst at our Global Headquarters, located in the Richmond, VA, with option to work Hybrid and Remote.

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for providing compensation and analytic reporting as well as general HR support to include:

• Maintaining bonus incentive data
• Updating Job Profiles in Workday and maintaining job descriptions
• Internal/external market analysis and benchmarking
• Processing compensation requests from HR leaders and sr. leadership
• Maintaining annual participation in external market/salary survey submissions
• Other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Bonus incentive tracking and maintenance in Securesheet system and Workday.
• Maintain bonus eligibility files by tracking promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Conduct market analysis for all salaried compensation requests, to include benchmarking positions based on external market, researching internal equity and providing an analysis recommendation for a specific position or job family.
• Maintain job descriptions and update/create job profiles in Workday.
• Assist in documenting compensation processes for internal controls.
• Provide compensation support on other rewards initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Advanced spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HRIS software experience preferred (Workday, PeopleSoft)
• Demonstrated knowledge of FLSA requirements

Professional Skills:

• Ability to work with all levels to identify and fix problems
• Excellent analytic skills with data sets and accuracy of calculations
• Ability to review and process large volumes of confidential employee data
• Detail oriented with the ability to use excel to calculate and administer incentive plans
• Strong communication skills to communicate incentive plans to employees
