The Opportunity
The HR Generalist will be a member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. The person in this role will be an integral part of the team, helping to promote a positive culture, address employee issues in a timely manner, recruit and train new hires and assist in driving employee retention and engagement.
The HR Generalist will provide tactical and administrative support in the areas that include but may not be limited to recruiting and interviewing candidates, training new hires, administering pay, benefits, and leave, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The person in this role will partner with leaders in the organization to support and provide guidance regarding employee relations issues and will maintain documentation and filing of records that are in compliance with company, local, state and federal requirements. They will work on projects and initiatives to further develop services provided within the HR team and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
