Interactive Brokers is looking for a System Administrator for talent acquisition group. This resource will be responsible to upgrade, maintain and manage talent acquisition tools on regular basis.
What you will do:
Responsible for managing multiple talent acquisition tools like Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn, hired, Codility, ServiceNow, Modulus, Mettl, Predictive Index.
Responsible to solve ongoing issues and assist with technical issues in the initiation, planning and implementation phases. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and strategy; support of operations staff in executing, testing.
Work closely with Security team for taking necessary approvals to onboard new partner.
Support execution of employer brand, candidate experience, implementation of new systems, and recruiting process improvements.
Perform analysis of recruiting and candidate experience metrics, interpret data-informed trends, including areas of strength and areas of opportunities.
Assist with automation of regular reports for individual business divisions.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent degree required.
Direct experience with an ATS implementation, Greenhouse (preferred)
2 years of work experience in an analyst/administrative role, preferably in recruitment/talent acquisition and metric coordination.
Detail-oriented with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables. Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Self-starting and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance.
Displays ability to understand and accurately interpret data related to Recruitment.
Experience working with any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Greenhouse knowledge is plus
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Must possess business acumen and market insight, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
Analytical thinking skills,problem-solving abilities, with a sense of urgency.
