Sr. Manager Solar Operations – Utility Scale

Work Location: Remote (USA)
The Sr. Manager Solar Operations will lead a workforce which will operate, maintain and monitor assigned utility scale generation solar projects across the United States to ensure optimal Health & Safety, and generation performance of the company’s growing solar photovoltaic (PV) plant portfolio. Overall responsibilities will include management of internal self-perform and third party O&M service providers, support of large scale remediation and/or repowering efforts, relationship management of key stakeholders (ie PPA offtakers, landowners, local government and permitting agencies etc.), performance analysis and reporting, preparation of Expense and Capital budgets and collaborating cross functionally with other internal stakeholders (ie Asset Management, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, HSSE, Development, Procurement etc.)
The Sr. Manager Solar Operations will work closely with the Asset management and Engineering team(s) to achieve overall Solar performance goals. Travel to project sites when needed.
