Responsibilities:
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Execute the hiring process including but not limited to screening applications, pre-employment background checks, issuing drug tests and maintaining result records, perform new hire orientation and training, provides follow-up as necessary, to ensure compliance.
Respond to and coordinate onboarding inquires in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for I-9 and E-Verify compliance
Process and review employment applications/forms to qualify employment eligibility
Provide ongoing support to facilitate efficient and effective onboarding experiences Initiate and process transactions within HR systems (Kronos, iCIMS, Laserfiche)
Reset passwords in ESS Kronos
Support HR audits and ensure all requirements are maintained
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance (EEO, EEO-1, Title VII)
Maintain employee file systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Respond to employees, upper management, and HR team inquires and requests, proactively addresses concerns, and ensures positive ongoing communication and support between the stores and home office
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals
Conduct onsite, when applicable, training for the management team on current systems
Provide administrative support mailing, checking in packages, and monitoring reception area
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications:
The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of relevant HR experience preferred
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Applications
HRIS software experience such as Kronos and iCIMS preferred
PHR certification preferred
