Position Title: Human Resources Director

Location: Washington, D.C., Billings, MT

POSITION SUMMARY:
Primary function of the Human Resources Director is to coordinate HR policies and programs with emphasis on the benefits and compensation areas, ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the position works developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities. The position also assists with the safety efforts and acts as co-chair on the Risk Management Safety committee.

POSITION TYPE / HOURS OF WORK:

· Travel will be required to attend conferences, trainings, and meetings as a representative of BHI.
· Valid Driver’s License
· A passport may be required for travel purposes.
