Now hiring! Our client needs a Human Resources Manager to work in Fort Worth, TX. This position will be responsible for leading, developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures within the organization’s handbook. If you have established yourself in the field of human resources and possess a passion for leading, then our client needs to speak with you!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or closely related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Advanced competence in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lead, self-educate and develop a thorough understanding of funding entities’ personnel requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of State and Federal employment regulations

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary: $85K/yr.
