Description
Recruitment for requisitions of BMcD.
Using Taleo for Resume screening and shortlisting.
Searching for profiles in LinkedIn for projects assigned in LinkedIn Recruiter.
Handling US hiring database and moving resumes as per their specifications.
Responsible for Internal hiring as and when required
Working on other international job portals as and when needed
Communicating with US HR team as per the work requirement
Skills needed:
Good communication skills
Should be efficient in understanding non IT technical profiles and job specs
Positive attitude towards work.
Qualifications
The candidate should have Bacherlors/Masters degree in Human Resources. The candidate should have a work experience of 0-3 years.
