Summary:
OPTiMO seeks candidates for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Position coordinates many aspects of human resource responsibilities. The position supports a broad range of disciplines including recruitment staff, security clearance oversight and management, executive team support, and other human resources related issues. The position helps maintain positive candidate and employee experiences and works closely with recruitment staff, hiring managers, and contractors by fostering a positive work environment and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
An Associate’s Degree in business or related field is required, though experience in lieu of degree may be considered. One to three years of professional administrative support experience preferred. The successful candidate will have an understanding and familiarity with web administration tools and have the ability to utilize independent judgement and discretion to resolve non-routine matters. An emphasis on detail and timeliness is required. This position is primarily remote but will require 1-2 days weekly in our physical office, located in Bloomsburg, PA.
