You’ll learn and excel under the direction of the Executive Vice President of People and Culture. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy to design and build a full-cycle recruitment program. From talent sourcing to the defining moment of the first day with Gravity Haus, you will lead the organization’s approach to all things Recruitment creating a foundation that will position the company and its people to thrive for years to come.
More About You:
You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.
You’ve excelled as a Recruiter within a fast-moving, high-growth environment, with 3+ years experience
You have demonstrated success building a high-volume recruiting and training program, preferably in the hospitality industry (or a willingness to learn and understand the dynamics of recruiting/training in the hospitality industry).
You have experience with, or the excitement and fortitude to learn, how to set up a sustainable H2B and J1 visa program for our numerous properties.
You have the experience to source and attract talent from the C-suite to the heart and sole of our properties, including cooks and housekeepers.
You are open to travel, to learn hands-on the differences of the properties and the unique opportunities that mountain towns present.
You’ve got lots of ideas and experience in the recruitment space, finding ways to attract talent across all levels of the organization
You’re a resourceful, self-motivated team player who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and carving a new path with minimal direction.
You’re able to adapt dynamically to shifting internal and external conditions.
You have exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
You can anticipate future staffing needs and seasonal fluctuations and adjust accordingly.

What You’ll Do:
Learn and embrace the Gravity Haus mission, vision, values, and goals so that you can immediately begin to source talent that aligns with who we are and where we are going!
Design and implement a full-cycle recruitment program to assist all properties.
Cultivate a steady pipeline of talent by developing scalable recruiting strategies and operations;
Creatively leverage recruiting partners and channels.
Work with each property to identify seasonal trends and needs, positioning us for seasonal success.
Create an H2B and J1 visa program.
Be the first recruit in the expansion of the People & Culture team, working closely with the EVP of People & Culture to build the systems and HOPS (Haus Operating Procedures) needed to scale the operations successfully while embracing and supporting the Gravity Haus mission.

This role comes with a high degree of flexibility, with the ability to work from any location. However, given the nature of the role, you’ll be expected to visit properties regularly to connect with team members and ensure they are feeling supported.
