Cache Refugee and Immigrant Connection Hiring for HR Generalist at Logan, UT Full Time

This position leads all the Human Resources functions for Cache Refugee and Immigrant Connection, a small but growing nonprofit in Logan, Utah. Working closely with the Executive Director and other leadership staff, the HR Generalist will be responsible for leading hiring, benefits development and administration, training, policy development, and other core HR functions.

Job duties

• Manage all processes related to recruitment and hiring
• Maintain, improve, and implement onboarding and exit processes
• Develop and implement employee orientation, training, and other developmental initiatives
• Administer employee benefits
• Oversee performance review and management systems
• Manage confidential personnel files
• Address employee concerns and complaints
• Work with board and staff to develop and document CRIC employment policies, procedures, and other HR related materials
• Assist in development and tracking of all (including non-HR) CRIC policies and procedures
• Be primary point of contact for all external benefits vendors
• Work closely with the Director of Finance and Operations to manage areas of overlap between finance and HR.
• Work closely with CRIC leadership to establish organizational structures (organizational chart, etc.) appropriate to CRIC’s size as it grows
