POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Human Resources Assistant works within the HR department and will report directly to the Human Resources Manager, while also supporting the Director of Human Resources. This role will interact with all team members and external candidates. It will primarily support the recruitment, benefits, and training functions, while maintaining personnel and confidential files, ensuring compliance with federally mandated certifications, and serving as a culture champion supporting the growth and development of our team members.
